The Clay Center is a new, expansive community arts and science center in the heart of Charleston, West Virginia. The agency Pikewood Creative selected Point7West for this project because we were the image film experts they needed to help promote this unique new facility. We also had the experience they were looking for. Point7West has created promotional and awareness videos for many other organizations, including for the arts (watch the video we made for The Art Office, an art, architecture, and design firm). It also helped that we could work within their budget, and that we’re a full-service production company: we do production and post-production, and we do it in-house. For the three-day shoot, the Point7West video production crew traveled cross-country to Charleston. The goal of this promotional video was to introduce the Center to the people of West Virginia and create excitement around all it has to offer. The video captures the unique breadth of exciting programs on offer and their wide appeal to the people of Charleston.
