GHA Homebuilders
GHA Homebuilders is one of the Coachella Valley’s most diverse homebuilders in terms of price, style and size. They wanted a corporate branding and sales video that would appeal to all potential homebuyers, as well as create awareness of their company. Chosen in part because of our experience shooting image films for other home developers (watch our videos for Bighorn Properties and Shea Homes), Point7West was able to deliver our signature high production values to this local company, within their budget. We wanted to set GHA Homebuilders apart from the rest by showcasing the high-quality craftsmanship they put into every home, and the unique architectural details they use. The company now plays this video in their sales center.
